    Publisher Profile – Harry Putz

    The primary focus of the publisher is the production of Czech as a Foreign Language textbooks, including accompanying audio recordings.

    Course 1 consists of a Textbook, Workbook, and along with a audio recording  
    It covers language proficiency levels A1 to A2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
    The Textbook is available in multiple language versions, which are mutually similar, allowing teaching to take place simultaneously with different language editions. Printed textbooks are now complemented by downloadable PDF versions.
    The Workbooks differ only in the instructions provided in the respective language, meaning that any version can be used interchangeably.
    The audio recordings contain only Czech text. They are available for download in MP3 format (now also including the complete text in a PDF file), or as well as in a set of 4 audio CDs.
    (This does not apply to the Ukrainian version, which remains in its original format and can be downloaded free of charge at http://www.courseczech.com/ua.)

    For Course 2, Textbook is available in two language versions (English-German and Russian) along with a universal audio recording for the second volumes. The audio is available in MP3 format, or as well as in a set of 3 audio CDs. This course covers proficiency levels B1 to B2 according to the CEFR.

    For children – foreign learners of early school age, the following activity books have been published:

    • “I Learn Czech 1 – ZOO”
    • “I Learn Czech 2 – Aquapark”
      These editions are designed without a mediating language.
